1 ON 1 TRAINING

Step 1

You will be analyzed and evaluated on everything from posture and flexibility, to basic strength, power, speed, and conditioning.


Step 2

Our trainers will sit down and design a program which best fits your needs, prioritizing and improving any weakness or structural imbalances.


Step 3

Our trainers will develop a customized nutrition plan to fuel your body in the weight room and on the field.


Step 4

You and your trainer will combine steps 1-3 so you can become the faster, stronger, smarter athlete, you are striving to be.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training matches you with similar athletes who share your drive and passion. We believe in the concept, “Iron sharpens Iron” and athletes will push harder when trained in groups.

Like our 1-ON-1 training, small group training primarily focuses on building an athlete’s strength, power, and speed.

Whether high-intensity resistance training, “raw” strength training, speed and agility, or intense conditioning, you can be assured that every training session will be intense and unique. If you like competition and want to train at an elite level, then this program is for you!

ShredFit Academy is an all-out, old school, grind it out program designed to unify, strengthen, condition, and promote mental toughness.

This concept originated from our college days training under some of the best strength coaches in the world. FMJ training is all about pushing through mental and physical barriers and literally redefining limits.

Each session we seek to remold each athlete in an attempt to rid them of the individual mindset and encourage uniformity and teamwork.

We are confident that by the end of our rigorous training course, your team will be stronger, more unified, energized, and ready to take on all challenges which present themselves during the season and year-round.
